I just returned from my vacation to Miramar Beach, FL. If you don't know, Miramar Beach is located on the gulf between Destin and Ft. Walton. It is a beautiful beach and my vacation was wonderful. We stayed in a huge house right on the beach with Nana, Granddaddy, Aunt Jill, Aunt Karen, Mr. Bill, Uncle Todd and Valerie. There was plenty of room for everyone and a pool just outside the door that I never wanted to leave.

I never wanted to go to sleep at the beach, but when I finally gave in I slept great!
This is pretty much how I looked during our entire vacation: cute swimsuit, float and sunglasses. I never left the pool!
This is one of only two attempts all week at getting a family vacation picture:( It isn't great, but if you look closely you can see the temporary 5th member of the family standing between me and Mommy. Do you see him?
Mommy had to hold me down for this picture on the fishing docks. It smelled!
Nemo Birds! We saw tons of pelicans at the docks. They are just as crazy in person as they are in the movie!
One of the restaurants we went to during our vacation was Stinky's. Everyone thought the name was hysterical so we had to check it out. It turned out to be an upscale seafood and wine bar with wonderful food and even better live music!
These are the only two pictures of me at the beach. I tried to have fun at the beach, but I am definetly a pool girl.

Yikes! just when I start to think that it is hard to believe you are big enough to be swimming with a float or on Daddy's back...I see the picture of you in the lounge with a sippy cup :)

Yes, A good time was had by all. Lots of good memories were made! Emma, you are my kind of girl...a walk on the beach is fine, but Aunt Jill is a pool girl, too! Can't stand too much sand! Love all the pictures...they are GREAT! Love you all too!
